Cathryn’s passion for architecture began at an early age. Originally from Yorkshire, she studied at the Glasgow School of Art before building a 15-year career in London. During this time, she worked on a diverse range of projects, including high-end residential developments, commercial offices, and private healthcare facilities. It was also in London that she developed a particular interest in historic architecture, notably through the refurbishment of a Grade II* listed building in Westminster. Cathryn joined Randell Design Group in 2017, relocating from London and embracing both a change in lifestyle and a renewed focus on the private residential sector. She takes great pride in collaborating closely with clients to design bespoke homes that reflect their aspirations, set within this exceptional landscape. With over 20 years of experience, Cathryn now leads operations, sustainability, and corporate social responsibility at Randell Design Group. Her role also includes overseeing continuing professional development for the architectural team and fostering a strong, engaging workplace culture through social initiatives.
