Contemporary seafront architecture designed for living the best life
This recently completed beachfront three storey new build waterfront home is just about as good as it gets. The elegant and practical contemporary design provides the perfect family home with one of the best views on the south coast. We worked closely with the clients, JJ & Mark Perry, to create their dream forever home with foiling, windsurfing, and kiting on their doorstep. The personal and custom design was developed to maximise the location and to reflect the family’s aspirations, lifestyle, and interests.
We love the simplicity of design and the layering of flint, render and timber and the three levels. The gorgeous home, complete with penthouse master suite, yoga room and home office is the perfect base for the family business, Perry Property Advisors, who help clients from all over the world find the best properties, on and off the market, in our beautiful local area.
